• Base pools start at $65,000 (6x24-inch tile, concrete coping, 3-foot deck, quartz plaster). Custom designs begin at $850 per perimeter foot, with upgrades to $1,100 for premium finishes and full automation.

1.     Initial Consultation and Design:

○      Our process begins with a personalized consultation where we discuss your vision, space, and budget. We'll work closely with you to determine the best size and colors for your cocktail pool, ensuring it complements your outdoor space beautifully. During this meeting we will discuss optional benches and add-ons to ensure we know all the features you would like included in your pool.

2.     Site Readiness and Permits:

○      New construction requires outdoor electrical and water access before we can begin. We’ll also take care of all necessary permits and inspections to ensure everything meets local regulations.

3.     Site Preparation & Pool Install:

○      After the design is approved, we’ll prepare the site for installation. This includes excavation, leveling the ground, and setting up the necessary plumbing and electrical systems. A $5,000 contingency covers rock and/or groundwater issues, with clear updates from the install team if one or both of these is encountered. Our team ensures that every step is handled with precision, minimizing disruption to your property

○     The pool installation process typically takes 75 - 90 days, contingent on Oklahoma weather (eek), depending on the complexity of the design and any additional features you’ve chosen. Our experienced crew will carefully install your pool, ensuring it’s built to last with the highest quality materials and adherence to PHTA GENESIS® Certified Master Pool Builder & Design Professional standards.

4.     Final Touches:

○      Once the pool is installed, we’ll walk you through your own personalized ‘pool school’, which will include pool maintenance and care and any questions you have, ensuring you’re ready to enjoy your new cocktail pool for years to come.
