1.     Initial Consultation and Design:

○      Our process begins with a personalized consultation where we discuss your vision, space, and budget. We'll work closely with you to determine the best size and colors for your cocktail pool, ensuring it complements your outdoor space beautifully. During this meeting we will discuss optional benches and add-ons to ensure we know all the features you would like included in your pool.

2.     Site Readiness and Permits:

○      New construction requires outdoor electrical and water access before we can begin. We’ll also take care of all necessary permits and inspections to ensure everything meets local regulations.

3.     Site Preparation & Pool Install:

○      Once your design is approved, we begin preparing your site and scheduling your installation. This phase includes excavation, careful grading and leveling, and coordination of required plumbing and electrical work. Because subsurface conditions in Oklahoma can vary, a $5,000 contingency allowance is included to address unforeseen rock or groundwater issues. If either is encountered, our team communicates clearly and transparently before moving forward. Every step is handled with precision and respect for your home and property.

○     From the start of site preparation through final completion, most pool installations take approximately 75–90 days. Timing is influenced by design complexity, selected features, and — most importantly — Oklahoma weather. Spring and early summer often bring rain that can temporarily pause excavation or concrete work. While weather is unpredictable, planning early ensures your project is already in place and ready to move forward the moment conditions allow.
